For the second year in a row PEN International gives out the New Voices Award. Here is the final three.

Writers, directors and producers can apply for the initiative that helps with the development of international short film projects.

On October 10 and 11 the annual Skaņu Mežs Festival for Adventurous Music and Related Arts will take place in the Daile concert hall in Riga, Latvia.

Maarja Pärtna interviewed the Estonian PEN Club’s president Kätlin Kaldmaa to find out what is this award about and how did Silvia Urgas’s poetry stand out from the other young authors’ work.
